“Since the end of the executive coaching process with Marcos, I have had his mantras present every day and I have experienced personal and professional improvement. Nonetheless, the most important and gratifying moment has been the positive feedback received months later from my boss. The personal and professional growth would not have been possible without the discipline, sincerity and professional excellence of Marcos, I am very grateful!.“

“The coaching process with Marcos Cajina (Renewal Company) has been extremely positive for my professional development. With an eminently practical approach, we have been able to draw up an action plan clearly aimed at obtaining concrete and high-impact objectives, which are nevertheless achievable with a moderate level of effort and discipline. It is one of the most rewarding projects I have embarked on and one that has been recognised by those around me.“
